SU01 Create New User in SAP System

1. Insert TCODE - SU01 to Transaction Code Area on top Left of the screen.
2. Click Below Button
this is called create button.

3. Fill in all the required fields as User - User ID and Alias - Description
4. Fill in all the tabs password and last name are mandatory

5. In the "logon data" tab , choose the right user type.

For end users you should choose Dialog user

5. In "roles" tab, add roles to user. Tcodes for which user have authorization or you can use Profile for default Authorization. (Studied in PFCG)

If you want to give all authorizations, in "profile" tab add sap_all and sap_new profiles. These are default Profile defined in SAP.
